Analysis (whoo, scientific): I'm pretty much guessing about this one, since it's hard to find any pictures of the back, and she has about 10 seconds of screen time. From what I can tell, it's very similar to Leia's style on Bespin in the Empire Strikes Back, minus the central bun. From the pictures, you can see that there are two braided loops (presumably two on each side, although we never see the whole thing) hanging down, just brushing the shoulders. No fasteners are visible.

Directions: Gather the hair into a ponytail in the center of the head. Divide it into four sections and braid each one. Now bring the ends of all four braids up to the ponytail holder, wrapping the ends around the elastic to hide it and pinning everything securely. That's it!
