Analysis (whoo, scientific): This style has a part with low wings of hair brushed smooth, twisted low and then
back up into the main style, which consists of a mountain goat style double bun, which is actually connected in the back
as you can see in picture 3. There appears to be a bun or something underneath the weird-shaped one, but I haven't been
able to find many pictures of this style to be able to tell. No fasteners are visible.
Directions: This was ridiculously hard and still didn't come out looking much like the original, but this is what I did:
Part the first few inches of your hair, and make a second part horizontally in
line with the tops of the ears, creating two equal sections. Put them out of the way for now. Gather the rest of the hair
into a very high, secure ponytail. Divide the ponytail into two sections. Twist both sections in opposite directions for
a couple inches, then put another elastic (the same color as your hair) around both of them, holding them together and the
twists from untwisting. Now separate the sections again, and twist one of them tightly, coiling it into one of the vertical
buns, or mountain goat antlers. Pin it securely all over. Now do the same with the other one, making sure the ends are tucked
into the center of the style where they'll stay hidden. Now go back to your first two sections, on either side of the part.
Comb them smooth and low, then start twisting them loosely, well below ear level. Bring the twisted sections up to the main
body of the hairstyle, using the last half of the sections to hide the elastics you used before and any mistakes. That's it!
