Analysis (whoo, scientific): I had to name some of these by costume rather than by scene, because practically nothing distinguishable happens in half of Padme's scenes. BUT, that's a rant for another day. This style is very simple, with the hair parted slightly on either side, then twisted loosely back, as you can see in pictures 1 and 2. No fasteners are visible, but presumably the hair is pinned since it has to be held somehow. Once again, the side hair is shorter than the hair in back, as you can see by comparing picture 1 with picture 3.

Directions: Part the hair slightly for the first couple inches. Loosely twist the sides once and bring them to the back, pinning to hold. That's it!
