Battle for Naboo

Analysis (whoo, scientific): While it does somewhat annoy me that Padme's battle hairstyles are loopy, floppy,
unstable creations while Leia's were actually practical, I have to admit that I really like how this style looks. It consists of
two loops separated by a band of hair, as you can see in pictures 3 and 4. There also appears to be hair wrapped around
the base of the style, which you can see in 1, 2, and 4. No fasteners or accessories are visible. As you can see from 5,
all of the handmaidens (with the exception of the decoy Sabe) wore this style during the battle.
Directions: The easiest way to do this is to start by gathering all of your hair into a very sturdy ponytail.
Separate out a chunk of hair from the ponytail and put it in front over your shoulder out of the way. Wrap a second elastic
around the first one, only this time don't pull the hair all the way through, leaving a big, loose loop. Now bring the center
of the loop in to touch the original ponytail elastic, creating a loop above and a loop below the ponytail. Wrap another
elastic around the top loop and another one around the bottom to hold everything. Now take the section of hair that you
left out and wrap it around all of the elastics, coiling it around in a figure eight or just covering the elastics
however works best for you. Pin everything, making sure to hide all of the ends. That's it!
