I love a lot of the styles from Episode III, but it annoys the living daylights out of me that they don't stay consistent at all. In one scene, her hair is just past the shoulders, and the next it's past her waist even when it's braided. However, Episode III styles show a lot of tie-ins not only to the other prequels, but also to the original trilogy, which gives the hairstyles a nice sense of history. Generally speaking, they're not the most difficult of the Star Wars styles to recreate; some of them are pretty simple. These are unfortunately the poorest quality pictures of the bunch, as my digital camera was dying at the time. I hope to redo most of these one day. I don't really do anything with the headdresses; see a costuming site such as Padawan's Guide for that.
